What fees are applied with auditions or classes?
Class lessons (0.25 course credit): $116
Private lessons: $464/one hour lesson (0.5 course credit); $232/half-hour lesson (0.25 course credit)
* The applied lesson fee is waived for all majors in one area and for minors fulfilling their applied music requirement. There is no fee for enrolling in an ensemble (0.5 course credit).

What should I play for my audition?
You can play a piece of your choosing. It doesn't need to be memorized. If you have multiple pieces, we will probably only hear one in its entirety but may ask for a small section of another work. Your audition will also include a sight reading sample.
