Join us for a remarkable performance led by Trudy Kane-former principal flutist of the Metropolitan Opera, professor at Frost University, and recipient of the 2024 National Flute Association's Lifetime Achievement Award. Kane will conduct three of her own stunning arrangements of opera music for multiple flutes.
The program features Flute 4, an acclaimed quartet comprised of Carla Copeland-Burns, Erin Frechette, Amy Orsinger-Whitehead, and Laura Dangerfield Stevens, joined by members of the Duke University Flute Ensemble and the Raleigh Area Flute Association.
