Begin the spring season with an inspiring evening of choral artistry as the Duke Chorale launches its Spring Tour. Known for its rich, expressive sound and wide-ranging repertoire, the Chorale brings together students from across the university in performances that uplift, comfort, and connect.
For this special kick-off concert, the ensemble is joined by the talented Cary-Apex Youth Choir, creating a multigenerational collaboration that celebrates community, mentorship, and the joy of making music together. The combined voices of the two choirs promise moments of stirring power and luminous beauty as they perform selections that span cultural traditions, musical eras, and expressive styles.
Hosted in the welcoming space of Judea Reform Congregation, the concert also serves a deeper purpose: all donations directly support Siembra NC, a nonprofit organization working to advance immigrant justice, mutual aid, and community resilience across North Carolina. Through this partnership, the evening becomes not only a showcase of musical excellence but also an act of solidarity and care.
