On March 11, 2021 at 1:30 pm EST, Budinich's White Stone (after Agnes Martin) for violin and electronics has its Danish premiere as part of the PULSAR Festival at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen.

Kate Dreyfuss premiered White Stone as part of her residency with the Duke New Music Ensemble [dnme] in November 2019.
James Budinich is in residence at the Royal Danish Academy of Music for the Spring 2021 semester, conducting research for his dissertation composition and article. James' research in Denmark is supported through a Fulbright Scholarship, and grants from the American Scandinavian Foundation and The Lois Roth Endowment.
